Accessibility Statement

Bordaro is committed to making its financial dashboard accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with correctly labeled headings, landmarks, and form controls;
• Full keyboard operability — dialogs and slide-over panels trap focus while open, restore focus on close, and can be dismissed with Escape;
• ARIA roles and labels on interactive components, alerts, and status indicators;
• Color choices that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, in a consistent light theme;
• Information conveyed by more than color alone (for example, sync-status indicators pair color with text);
• Skeleton loading states and clear, descriptive error messages with retry actions;
• Accessibility review as part of our development checklist for every new component.

Known limitations

• Bordaro is a desktop-oriented analytics product designed for screens 1280 pixels and wider. Smaller screens see a message asking to switch to a desktop browser. We are evaluating responsive support.
• Some data visualizations (sparklines and charts) are graphical summaries; the underlying figures are always available as text in the accompanying cards and tables.
• Third-party connection flows (Shopify, Intuit, and Plaid login windows) are operated by those companies and are outside our direct control.

Compatibility

Bordaro is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, in combination with common screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS).
